If your password does not work
Before trying to sign in again, check:
- Whether the correct keyboard layout is selected.
- Whether Caps Lock is off: passwords are case-sensitive.
- Whether your browser or password manager is filling in an old password. Try entering it manually.
If you still cannot sign in or do not remember the password, reset it.
How to reset your password
- On the sign-in page, click “Forgot password”.
- Enter the email address associated with your account and click “Continue”.
- Open that inbox and find the “Password reset” email from okidoki. Click “Create a new password” in the email.
- On the page that opens, enter a new password of 8–20 characters and repeat it in the second field. Click “Continue”.
- After the password change is confirmed, click “Sign in” and sign in with your new password.
After resetting the password, you will need to sign in again on every device where you used the account. For advice on choosing a strong password, read this article.
If the email does not arrive
- Check that you entered the email address for the correct account without any typos.
- Check your “Spam” or “Junk” folder.
- Search your inbox for okidoki or “Password reset”.
The message shown after submitting the form does not confirm that an account with that email exists. If the address is not registered, no email is sent.
If the link or new password does not work
If the link is invalid, expired, or already used, request a new one through “Forgot password”. Open the new email and follow its link.
If the form does not accept the new password, check that it is 8–20 characters long and entered identically in both fields. After a successful reset, use the new password: the old one no longer works.
If you cannot access your email
First, try recovering access to your inbox through your email provider. If that does not work, contact okidoki support and describe the situation.
